Positive: The location. Out of the old city centre, but close enough to go by walking. In a very good area and the best part is the shuttle bus from the airport. 7euros and 45 min, bus stop 5 min from the apartment. Also the apparment is big, renovated and clean. Highly recommended. And fantastic customer service Negative: Nothing

Negative: L'ascenseur minuscule et lent Pas de réserves de papier WC / essuis tout Pas d’essuie vaisselles, lavette, etc Les locataires précédents avaient laissé le LV plein de vaisselle sale

Positive: I LOVED this place. It is well located, the Vatican is very close and if you like walking you can get to the main attractions by walking. The building is cool and the apartment is lovely. It has an elevator and AC in both bedrooms and living room (for the sofa-bed); we visited in July during the extreme heat and the AC basically saved us. I enjoyed the decor so much, it is artistic and it felt like home. The place is super clean. We were two couples and one single and the layout worked perfectly: two bedrooms, two bathrooms and one sofa-bed. It also has a large table and plenty of space in the closets. There are hair-driers in both bathrooms, a laundry machine, and other useful items: umbrellas, foldable clothes drier etc. The kitchen is functional and it provides all cutlery, pots and pans. The place is silent, ideal for proper sleeping. Negative: I can't think of a single thing I didn't like, but I do have some suggestions (the reason why I rated this place a 9 and not a 10): as jet laggers we would be willing to pay for the extra service of providing basic groceries: coffee, salt, more toilet tissue, etc. We had to get everything since day one and we were destroyed after the trip. In addition to that we experienced a power outage the last day, we were checking-out so it wasn't a big deal but we were not able to use any item requiring electricity; and we were not able to re-enter the property once we left (earlier than 10 a.m.) since the lock works with electricity.

Positive: Excelente Localização e casa super espaçosa. Negative: Poderia ter maiores 0 instruções de como usar equipamentos como Lava-louça, máquina de lavar. Tinha poucos utensílios de cozinha e praticamente nenhum item pra higiene.
