Nice place, good location, good host. I would stay there again. Positive: It was nice location. A bit off the beaten path, but everything you want to see is walkable. Overall quiet neighborhood unless Switzerland scores a goal in the world cup! But that was great and we cheered with them! A nicely equipped grocery store is at the end of the street along with some bars/restaurants. It was a clean and quiet place with plenty of room. We went with our family (two adults, two kids). The host was very responsive with any communication. Also, they have laundry downstairs, which was free when we went. We had a rental car and parked in their courtyard. Negative: We parked in their courtyard with a guaranteed spot, but it comes with a price of 25CHF/day. After trying to find other parking spots, just park in the courtyard and pay the host. Well worth the price! Air conditioning is non existent in Switzerland. This apartment doesn't have it, nor does almost anything else in Switzerland. We went during an abnormal heat wave, which didn't help. On a pleasant surprise, the host offered us fans without asking. NOT PROPERTY RELATED... One thing everyone should be aware of. If you rent a car in Switzerland, you better pay attention to the speed limits and how they change going into tunnels and urban areas. Don't coast and slow down. Hit your brakes and get to the speed limit before the sign. Speed cameras are everywhere. You will get mailed violations and they aren't inexpensive. Overall, Switzerland was a fantastic experience.

Original hotel were double booked so this last-minute replacement is fine by me. Positive: Room is clean and spacious. Host response well to our queries. Negative: Unit is on the 2nd level (3rd floor) and there is no lift so we have to carry our luggages up the flights of stairs. The wi-fi does not reach the rooms. Only fine in the living room.

Positive: Great location - delicious restaurants close by as well as a tram stop just around the corner for a quick trip to central Zürich/Old town. Despite how central it is, it’s still very quiet. Nice and warm too while visiting during a cold spell. Was very easy to ask questions and make arrangements for parking.
